Vanilla Rum Chai Cake
Due to the fatal misplacement of my once-awesome camera, this is one of the first pictures of a Fiore's vegan cake (since I had to bribe it out of my sweet roommate/friend.) After the photographer took several glamour shots like a true member of the pastry paparazzi, somebody bought the whole thing on the spot. The beauty of a cake is so mortal.
